Event: Polo for a Purpose

When: Jan. 4, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Where: International Polo Club Palm Beach, 3667 120th Avenue South, Wellington

What: A thrilling three-on-three exhibition match featuring world-class polo players at the incomparable International Polo Club Palm Beach. The day begins with a champagne reception, followed by a fabulous lunch and an enticing silent auction.

Highlights: Brandon Phillips, world-renowned polo professional, brings his talent and some of the top players in the world to compete in a special three-on-three match. Brandon is not only one of the world’s best polo players, but is also a blood cancer survivor who was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma at the age of 14. He has triumphed over this disease and hopes to inspire others to support a world without blood cancer.

Proceeds: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. While this event will raise funds for lifesaving blood cancer research, it will also help support our local patients and their families by providing critically needed financial aid.
