Coming soon to CBS: “Murphy Brown”? Series creator Diane English told TV Guide Magazine she is in talks with CBS, Warner Bros. Candice Bergen about bringing the character back to TV in time to take on the 2012 presidential election.
“We’re having a little conversation with CBS about a few episodes, and I think it’s possible,” English told TV Guide on the red carpet of the 2012 TV Land Awards.
